Fixed this for you. SWL is about fair play (off-field that is: on-field boots are all in). But if you notice unsportsmanlike behavior, you should notify the admins in my opinion. |

SWL has people "allegedly delaying games" purely because of Chavo. Not because he delays games, or causes other people to delay games. Just because he's extremely good at alleging. Other than an excess of allegations there's not usually that much going on.
Though having said that, I did once have an opponent make a last minute roster change to try and screw me on inducements. Except that I pre-empted them by waiting until the last minute to make a change myself*. It does happen. I'd be happy for no-one to fine-tune their roster for inducements each game, but by pressing "ready" early I'd always be giving my opponent the chance to, and every now and then it matters. It's good to have a rule for it even if it doesn't come up most of the time.
* It sounds like we both did the same thing there, but the difference is that mine was a change I'd always intended but delayed, theirs was a change which pretty clearly had no purpose other than inducement management for that specific game. Which I'm fine with them doing by the way. |

My issue is that you never know what might happen. I got caught out once taking "tackle" as a skill as I was anticipating a harsh game against zons or elves (I forget) and figured it would be worth it. That game was forfeited which would have had me pick a different skill really. So now I like to wait to ensure the game is definitely going ahead before I change my side. So maybe we should be upfront about "highest TR readies first" type of thing  |

I usually ready my team in its best state and dont care. I don't buy in to short term inducement options at the sacrifice of long term development... Might be why my CRP record aint so good. |

Here's how it works DDS...
I point out a dodgy behaviour, show examples where it has been done in the past citing the benefits gained by those concerned and the inequalities that said actions bring to the league, the SWL admins declare it isn't a problem and that they're not doing anything about it as it's been "already discussed", followed by all parties then stopping exhibiting said dodgy behaviour, and then I'm accused of being a conspiracy theorist.
Such a small price I pay for keeping the SWL awesome 
It should be noted that Balle only needed 1 extension in SWL 55, which was a reduction of 80% for the previous period. Could have been 0, but one of his opponents didn't push for a forfeit after he no-showed without warning. |
