I thought that a niggle meant you rolled twice and took the worse result? Thus meaning you would less likely to BH.

Niggle adds +1 to the player's injury roll. It increases the chance of casualties but doesn't impact the type of casualty. |

While the WK has suffered 9 casualties before versus Mort Volente (1 perm) and Bayshore Brawlers (2 perms), the Wonga Wonga crowd has never seen anything as gory as this before:

And yet, despite being pounded into the dust (at the end of the match there was one Whalekiller left on the pitch of a starting 14 player roster), the team did not give up, putting in some absolutely heroic plays that meant the game could still have gone either way up until the last 2-3 turns.
Great job in adversity, Whalekillers.
(I don't know what they did to invoke Nuffle's wrath, but let's hope the penance is complete!) |
