Though after 30 games and 27 skillups including 8 agility skills, my chaos did just get their first clawpomb.

Not really game mechanic flaw and not even fluffy flaw. Refs are intimidated to ban almost any opponent. By blatantly shoveling boot into the opposing skull fouler demonstrates such arrogance and brutality that ref has to think twice before ejecting the player. Hence the name "blatant foul" and not for example "clear foul": it's so plain and not caring about the ref.

Also: bring back old ref and arguing.
