Here's a twist...

I am thinking of seeing if the team can make the leap. By this I mean grabbing the 2nd Bull just to see what happens down the track.

Would this change people's minds about what skill to give him if I did this?

As he has S4, break tackle and dodge you could even consider strip ball or wrestle for a different sort of threat. You have a lot of tackle.
Guard and mighty blow will often come in handy.

Based on how you are using the player, Tackle seems the best call.

Seems to be between Tackle, Frenxy and Guard. Tackle, I must admit, did seem to fit his role best adamcieslicki. But I am holding off. The waters have been muddied.

Frenzy. Blodge break tackle lets him go anywhere, and stand firm protects him from the countersurf. Then again, half the cool thing about surfing is that it ignores armor. And, well... you already do.
