You'll be tempted to take Block as the first skill for line(wo)men, in order to spam Blodge, but take Wrestle instead; it will drive your opponents insane.
Ball carrier: hope a linewoman rolls +ST or +AG first, then give her Block and Sure Hands, and always bring the fight and fouls to dwarves. |

The cost of a catcher in terms of TV is essentially neutral with that of a linewoman after you factor in that you will be taking at least 2 A skills. And you pick up Catch for whatever odd situations that's worth something (in league it's worth quite a bit when you want to farm spp).
Seriously, blodge/SS/DT is a bigger threat to most opponents than any of your tackle/pomb blitzers will ever be.
Other than vs. AG5+ elfs. But still, diving tackle on a side stepping blodger allows for a lot more discretion in playing defense than trying to play straight up defense against a bash and cage team. |

It's a futile argument. We have the minmax squad vs those that have League experience. Aren't you the first to refute anyone who makes suggestions about box that don't play box? The fact you haven't played any team remotely like zons in League, what does that mean?
You could play a minmax team or you could play a team that threatens on defence, both could work. |
