@ Winni & selfy: (Sorry, missed your posts somehow.) 
The format is a pair of teams so everyone is equal, every coach playing Ape v. X and Y v. Ape each (10-day) Round. Coaches are encouraged to play their two games back-to-back (if that works for them) to save time scheduling "two" games.

A.P.E. has (effectively, ahem) completed its first regular season, and is organizing the 2-round KO King of the Jungle Tourney as I type this.
We're aiming to start Season 2 around mid-February. New teams will have a few fixed "builder" games to pump them up a bit with some Team Skills and some spare spending cash before the Season starts - build a Simyins team and join now, get your Ape on! |

The final game of Season 1 has been (re-)scheduled for this Sunday, so SEASON 2 WILL START SOON!
If you want to play a Simyin team, here's your chance. New teams get "builder" games so no one will start from scratch.

We have 1 coach waiting in the wings and need an even number of coaches to run Season 2 without byes. 
We need ONE MORE COACH to GO APE!
Format is that each 10-day round, each coach plays 2 games against 1 other coach - their Apes v. his "other" team, and their "other" v. his Apes. Season 2 should last ~3 months, so until end of May or so.
New Ape and "other" teams will be given builder games and start ~around~ TV 1300 (or so - tbd) - come get a jumpstart and get your primate groove on!

I have a fresh team of apes in league, but I only made them a night ago with no idea what to do with them or how to build them (I just play casually in the box). If no one steps up by the 1st, PM me and I'll make another team to satisfy the "other" requirement and dive in. |

Season 2 is now well underway, 4 rounds in the books, 12 coaches, 12 Simyins teams romping and stomping. TV value of both Apes and their opponents is up to a starting minimum of 1450 this season, so it's a LOT more bashy than last.
Don't know what the future holds, but it wouldn't hurt to have a coach on standby as a sub in case RL kidnaps one of the current group - anyone interested?
New teams get pre-season cooperative "builder" games that feed spp to your selected players to give them skills (with some limitations) - starting TV ~1450 + 50k in the bank.

We're just ending Round 6 of 11, with 10-day rounds, plus a 7-day/round post-season, so... mid-Summer, maybe around end of July?
However, read the post immediately above this one - a stand-by coach (or more than 1) would be a good thing, and even if no slots open this season, they would have their teams ready to go for next season.
