Just to be different I'll say Tackle. Synergy with Prehensile Tail and with Break Tackle since now he could terrorise Blodge ball carriers!

The choice is more between claw, dodge and pro
It depends on how you use him.

Personnaly I would take dodge, just for the added survivability and the chance he'll get claw someday (plus dodge+BT is scary), but I guess claw is probably better
