I tend to give people a warning the first time they go over the 4 minute limit. If they go over a second time, I give them a final warning. By the 3rd time, I'll time am opponent or, unless it's a tureen in which the game is on the line. |

Let me ask you this:
If you were playing table top and your opponent had to leave the table, mid-turn, for reasons beyond his control - would you, while he was gone, advance his turn counter and start playing your turn if he was away past the 4min mark? |
