Basically, you are given a random team with random penalties and bonuses and other modifiers. It requires a standard poker deck of 52 cards to use. It should be noted that since this would be a pain in the behind to code, I don't think this could be added to fumbbl. But I will post it anyways in case anyone wants to do this is real life. Enjoy!

If you don't want to click on the link yet, here's what the doc says:

There are 52 cards in a deck of cards (without jokers), draw a card and use table below to determine effect. Effect can determine what team you will play as and any bonuses and/or penalties your team suffers. If you draw a 2 (guaranteed failure card) or a 10 (wild card) you will be required to draw another card from the card’s ability - this cannot draw another 2 or 10 (you also cannot draw a 2 and then draw a 10 and vice versa), if you do end up drawing this, simply shuffle the card back into the deck and draw another one.
*Due to the randomness of these teams, you may not have access to the required miniatures. It is important to note that for leagues that use these rules, proxies are pretty much required unless you have literally EVERY SINGLE TEAM EVER MADE. But since you probably don’t I recommend using chess pieces with numbers on them for proxies. They work pretty well.

Ace of Clubs
The Heroes of Law hope to show the world a better way...and their follower teams are quite wimpy. But you gotta admit, they sure are lucky!
Player may play as a Human, Elven Union, Dwarf or Halfling team with +1 free re-roll. This team cannot foul, use bribes, or use secret weapons. If they ever gain a bribe from Get the Ref, they instead gain a team re-roll.

Ace of Diamonds
Humans are pretty basic, but they don’t have to be pushovers! To put this fact to the field, colleges of magic have given these newer teams access to their new “Great-Grip Footwear”.
Player must play a Bretonnian, Human, Amazon, Kislev Circus, or Norse team with up to 3 of their non-linemen positionals gaining the Stand Firm skill for free.

Ace of Hearts
The heroes come in many shapes and sizes… and races…. and sometimes budgets.
Player must play as a Human, Orc, Dwarf, Elven Union or Halfling team with -80k starting treasury. When creating this team, roll 2D6 and multiply it by 20,000. Add the number rolled to your starting treasury.

Ace of Spades
Lizardmen, primitive as they are, have devised a new armor made of bones that may be unreliable at times, but allow for more agile movements… somehow.
Player must play a Lizardmen team with the Sauruses and Kroxigors having -1 AV, but also having +1 MA.

King of Clubs
Vampire lords have always been better at pretty much everything than a normal vampire. Maybe even blood bowl?
Player must play a Vampire team with every Vampire having the Pro skill for free, but when rolling for bloodlust, roll two dice and bloodlust activates if either of them rolls a 1. If two 1’s are rolled, you only suffer one bloodlust effect. Re-rolls must re-roll both dice.

King of Diamonds
A high elf team has gained support from the elven kingdom, allowing for a greater budget - even for high elf standards!
Player must play as a High Elf team with +120k gold pieces to build a roster.

King of Hearts
A bretonnian king, tired of his sponsored team’s incompetence, has joined the rosters!
Player must play as a Bretonnian team with a “king” blitzer. The king blitzer is a bretonnian blitzer with one extra skill of a normal roll. Add cost to the king blitzer as normal.

King of Spades
Fat slann rulers have needed exercise for some time now. Time to play Blood Bowl!
Player must play as a Slann team with all the linemen having -1 MA and the Thick Skull skill.

Queen of Clubs
Slaanesh has gotten his own official teams for Blood Bowl, sporting female chaos creatures that the opponent may look at a little too much and not spend enough time punching.
Player must play a Chaos Chosen team with all the non-linemen positionals gaining the Foul Appearance skill and having +10k cost. Additionally, the team can only have up to 4 beastmen (no longer making them a linemen positional, giving them foul appearance) and they have access to a Chaos Renegade linemen as their linemen positional with 0-16 of them.

Queen of Diamonds
Amazons…sorry, we were daydreaming a bit.
Player must play a standard Amazon team.

Queen of Hearts
The Deadly Nightshades made a HUGE impact on the Blood Bowl world - now, witch elves are a standard for most dark elf teams.
Player must play a Dark Elf team with at least 2 witch elves.

Queen of Spades
Wood Elves are a bit unfair? Fine, we’ll make it so they’re poor. After all, they don’t spend nearly as much time getting jobs to pay the bills as they do hugging trees or...whatever.
Player must play a Wood Elf team with -50k gold pieces to build a roster.

Jack of Clubs
Tzeentch rarely has teams who willingly want to play in his name. But when they happen, they can be quite the… unusual occurrence.
Player must play a Chaos Chosen team with Beastmen having access to General, Agility and Mutation skills on normal rolls and Strength and Passing skills on double rolls instead of the norm.

Jack of Diamonds
Dwarves are rough and tough and ready to beat everyone up! ...Just so long as they have enough alcohol in their system.
Player must play a Dwarf team with Bloodweiser Keg inducements costing 20k gp instead of the norm, and the team MUST purchase at least one Bloodweiser keg whenever possible.

Jack of Hearts
“F**kin’ elves…” -every coach who played against an elf team ever.
Player must play a standard Elven Union, Wood Elf, Dark elf, or High Elf team.

Jack of Spades
Stunty Leeg veterans going to play regular Blood Bowl? Boy will they be fun…
Player must play a Halfling or Goblin team with the Halflings on a halfling team having the Pro skill, and with Goblin teams having access to +1 additional Looney positional.

10 of Clubs
Nuffle’s magic number is 11… so why is 10 the wildcard?
You must draw another card. The team you end up playing as has +60k gold pieces for their starting treasury.

10 of Diamonds
Nuffle’s magic number is 11… so why is 10 the wildcard?
You must draw another card. The team you end up playing as has 3 random players that start with 6 SPP each.

10 of Hearts
Nuffle’s magic number is 11… so why is 10 the wildcard?
You must draw another card. The team you end up playing as has +1 free team re-roll.

10 of Spades
Nuffle’s magic number is 11… so why is 10 the wildcard?
You must draw two other cards. You may choose which card will have an affect on your team.

9 of Clubs
Norse love their beer, there’s no denying that!
Player must play a Norse roster with Bloodweiser Keg inducements costing 20k gp instead of 50k, and you MUST purchase at least one Bloodweiser Keg inducement whenever you are able.

9 of Diamonds
Dwarves have a rich culture...and I mean rich as in mining-gemstones rich!
Player must play a Dwarf team with +80k gold pieces for the starting roster.

9 of Hearts
The collapse of the NAF left many Elven teams penniless… but they sure know how to play the game!
Player must play a Elven Union team with -50k gold pieces for a starting roster. However, the player may give up to three of his linemen positionals an extra skill that they would get on a normal roll.

9 of Spades
Who loves some cheating ratfolk!? What? Nobody likes rats? ...oh
Player must play a Skaven team, with bribe inducements costing 50k gp instead of 100k.

8 of Clubs
You can’t keep the forces of Chaos down!
Player must play a standard Chaos Chosen or Chaos Renegade team.

8 of Diamonds
The Slann enslaved Lizardmen several years ago, so it’s no surprise the Slann field Kroxigors to give themselves an advantage… if you can call it that.
Player must play a Slann team with a Kroxigor.

8 of Hearts
It’s all Ogre for you now!
Player must play a standard Ogre team with at least 5 ogres.

8 of Spades
The Daemons of Khorne aren’t the best Blood Bowl players, but they certainly leave a mark on the pitch… a big, gaping hole where the enemy team was standing.
Player must play a Khorne Daemons team with a Bloodthirster costing only 120k gold pieces to hire (still counts as 180k towards team value), and the team MUST start with a Bloodthirster.

7 of Clubs
Everyone knows, or at least, SHOULD know that 7 is the chaos god Nurgle’s favorite number!
Player must play a Nurgle team with a rotspawn that only costs 110k gold pieces to hire (still counts as normal cost towards team value), and the team MUST start with a rotspawn.

7 of Diamonds
The lucky number 7 is a lucky number...even if you’re not the best race around.
Player may play as a Halfling, Goblin, Ogre, Vampire or Khemri team with an additional free team re-roll.

7 of Hearts
The hometown friendliness of the Halflings can inspire greatness… until they remember they are halflings.
Player must play a Halfling team with +100k gold pieces.

7 of Spades
They’re not dead yet!
Player must play a Undead, Necromantic, Vampire or Khemri team.

6 of Clubs
The Chaos Dwarves, rare as they might be, have had a booming population in the past year.
Player must play a Chaos Dwarf team with access to up to 9 chaos dwarf blockers.

6 of Diamonds
The Chaos Renegades have been recruiting more strange and unusual species than normal.
Player must play a Chaos Renegade team with access to 1 more Goblin, Orc Lineman, Skaven Lineman and Dark Elf lineman than normal.

6 of Hearts
Remember that Albion league, a second division that had to have its wizards take to the pitch when they were spellcasting? Well, this team has had a hard time letting go of old habits.
Player may play as any standard team with access to the wizard inducement for 50k gold pieces instead of the normal cost. This spellcaster must take to the pitch as an 11th player that has to be set up before the drive. The wizard has MA: 5 ST: 2 AG: 3 AV: 7 and no skills. The wizard can cast spells and block as a normal player and wizard, but can cast 2 spells per game instead of 1, and must be set up with the team in order to cast his spells.

6 of Spades
The Elven Luckstone is capable of granting an extraordinary amount of luck to the person who holds it.
Player must play as a Elven Union or High Elf team. Up to 3 of their players may be given the Pro skill for an additional 10k gold pieces to their cost.

5 of Clubs
Zara the Slayer has inspired all-new vampire-hunter teams!
Player must play a Human or Amazon team. The team may have up to 2 players gain the Stab and Stakes skills with +20k added to the player’s cost and value.

5 of Diamonds
Warpstone has quite the unusual effect on many teams, but mainly only seeked out by the lowest of the low teams: mainly goblins and skaven.
Player must play a Underworld, Skaven or Goblin team with every player having access to mutation skills on normal skill increase rolls, and D3 of their linemen positionals (the players that you can have up 12 or more of) can be given a mutation skill with +20k to their cost and value. If you choose to play as an Underworld team, 3 of your linemen positionals will start off with a mutation skill (instead of D3) and it only increases their cost and value by +10k.

5 of Hearts
That Bloodweiser Beer really goes right through you… the main reason why only the teams with the strongest gut can sponsor them, and get slightly-cheaper ale on the side!
Player must play a Dwarf or Norse team with access to one Bloodweiser keg inducement for free every match.

5 of Spades
Does no one have respect for the Khemri? They were some of the first people to play Blood Bowl! So, to make them more rightfully represented in the field, the important players have been given more...lively appearances, allowing them to move about the field more agile-like.
Player must play a Khemri team with all their Blitz-Ras and Thro-Ras having +1 AG (bringing it up to 3). This does not count towards their team value and cost, but it does count towards how much bonus agility they can have (can not have 5 agility or higher).

4 of Clubs
The Khemri and Slann have had a rivalry since… well, we don’t know for sure, but now you must pick a side!
Player must play as a standard Lizardmen, Slann, or Khemri team.

4 of Diamonds
Boring humans are boring.
Player must play a standard Human team.

4 of Hearts
Hobgoblin teams are huge hits with the crowds, mainly because of how stupid hobgoblins are! They’re so stupid, they sometimes don’t even know they’re playing blood bowl!
Player must play a Chaos Dwarf team with only hobgoblins available to play for the team. Additionally, hobgoblins on your team have the Bonehead and Thick Skull skills for free.

4 of Spades
One of the oddest records in Blood Bowl was an award that went to Knut Rockneed. His extraordinary luck allowed to to trigger every possible trap on the field without obtaining a scratch! He finally became the late one when the Dwarf Warhammerers went for broke and trapped half the entire pitch with explosives! Why am I telling you this? Well….you own that trapped stadium now. Good luck.
Player must play a Dwarf, Chaos Dwarf or Human team. Whenever you play a match, every player on either team must roll a D6 after finished moving any distance. On a 1, they are blown up by a trap and the player must roll a D6. On a 4+, they avoid the explosion. Otherwise, they are downed and an armor and possible injury roll must be made as if they were hit with the mighty blow skill. This will cause a turnover if the player was knocked down.

3 of Clubs
Nuffle is a fickle god. Some he has blessed for greatness, and some he, shall we say, “looks down upon and imagines a orc turd.” You are one of those teams. Which type of team do we mean? Yes.
Player may play as any team, but at the beginning of every match, roll a D6. On a 4+, all your non-linemen positionals gain the pro skill for free. On a 3 or less, however, the team loses half of their team re-rolls (rounded up).

3 of Diamonds
Ogre teams have, somehow, managed to win ONE Blood Bowl trophy. Let’s see if that can happen again with some money magic!
Player must play a ogre team with +100k gold pieces for a starting treasury.

3 of Hearts
Apothecaries are so lazy all the time...why can’t they help you more often? Well, for a nearby church your team has sponsored, this policy will not stand!
Player must play a Human, Dwarf, Elven Union or High Elf team with access to two apothecaries instead of one.

3 of Spades
The Scarcrag Snivellers are a goblin team that has NOT resorted to cheating! Sadly, this probably won’t end well, because you are a follower of that team.
Player must play a goblin team with access to only goblin and troll positionals.

2 of Clubs
Congrats, of all the cards in this deck, you got a 2 and are now doomed for failure!
Immediately draw another card. The team you end up playing as has -50k starting treasury.

2 of Diamonds
Congrats, of all the cards in this deck, you got a 2 and are now doomed for failure!
Immediately draw another card. The team you end up playing as has no access to any of their normal players with the Wild Animal, Really Stupid, Take Root or Bonehead skill.

2 of Hearts
Congrats, of all the cards in this deck, you got a 2 and are now doomed for failure!
Immediately draw another card. The team you end up playing as cannot purchase inducements with petty cash or transferred money from treasury.

2 of Spades
Congrats, of all the cards in this deck, you got a 2 and are now doomed for failure!
Immediately draw another card. The team you end up playing as has the Loner skill on four of their linemen positionals.

Comment ideas if you want any changes made to this. Enjoy!
