I tend to not take them. Just like in zakatan's case some pages back, I could make exceptions if the players are individuals fluff-wise and not "reborn" into a later version. If you give me arguments based on fluff, I would accept her - and remove the "II" from her name, letting her be a true individual without number.

I'll add the players to my waiting lists once new entries aren't coming on a hourly basis anymore. |

As her retirement also meant the end of the team, I guess she's really just Larissa now. As for the reason to take her: both her coach and she greatly regret that Larissa and Elven Accuracy are no longer active (especially since there's potions for that kind of thing these days).
I'm afraid I'm not a very fluffy person. In this case the whole team is based on characters from a D&D campaign I DMed, so I could provide you with some fluff related to her character, but it's not at all bloodbowl-ish.
As for stats though... I suspect that reaching 85 SPPs in her first 10 games might be some kind of record, and of course her
9547 blodge leap sidestep mighty blow
statline was pretty special.
There's also some nice history, considering she got -ST from a foul by Azure, which was repaid some time later when I killed Azure's vampdorf with a foul. |

then i'll add Cabra. Retired as my only legend so far and although he is part of a reincarnation team, he was the first of his saga and there'll be no more players using his name or number in the team. |

The sad demise of a dwarven legend... Yeah, I was there in the ranks, becoming a witness of the events.
I think I can put her on the team (some day), the story of her coach rage-retiring the whole team after her injury is fluff enough.
Always ab bit weird to turn elvish stat freaks into 5 3 3 8 decaying rotters... but at least she gets a chance to finish her career.  |

Return of the Retired have become active again a few weeks ago and bashed, balled and cheated their way into this year's XFL Nurgle final (announcement will follow once it's scheduled).
With the latest addition of Archroy, the waiting list for Pestigors is now empty. We are happy to put new retired Beastmen and Pestigors onto it! |

Should be a Necro team not a Nurgle one... OP 2011!!! and last post 2013! 
10 games in 6 years is pretty poor even for a team held together by rotting flesh...
So having slagged it off enough (and that merely because how the hell did I miss this and not offer a player!!) Do you accept non-hired Journeymen for some positions? (obviously not Rotters as they are so abundant). |

Well, theoretically a human journeyman would qualify as a Bloater (if I keep treating them as Chaos Warriors - I'm not sure about the fluff) and Beastmen journeymen as Pestigors. But that (and even a second career as Rotter) would need a good background story, as journeymen aren't really retired (and the risk of rejection is part of their profession).
If you have one in mind, feel free to offer him*her, I'll make my decision based on the circumstances.
By the way, I really cannot believe that I created this team already in 2011. o0 |

First offer of mine is an Elf, so would be a Rotter I think...
Rumarene Retired due sustaining an AG- after 47 games, I replaced with numerical versions but this origanal of the team was retired (The loss of Agility befits becoming a Rotter too).
P.S. As a sidenote, his last game was in 2013 as well |
