hm. rr you might want to take leader as next skill on the runner instead. or on a double on a lino. assa isn't worth it i believe, not in league likely (though it depends on the format you're playing). i would go for the witch.

im playing them in DOTP so a no retire league, im not confident the Witch elf wont pick up alot of injurys, im also already building a killer biltzer so im not sure

the witch will no doubt take the opponents attention for a while. i have no problem with a witch in a no-retire-environment, since money shouldn't become the dominating issue. still, i wouldn't boost up my tv with a 3rd reroll, don't think it is worth it on the long run.

hmm good points, i have skaven in the next game so after that i could have enough money if i win, i have never used a witch before tho how effective are they?

They require a little extra care to keep alive. Even once they get blodge you aren't going to man-mark with them as much as you might with a lino or blitzer.

What you get for that is another MA7 player who starts with dodge, and the frenzy opens a lot of options on the sidelines. If you build you team to include a few sidesteppers, you can afford to play close to the sidelines, and really lure your opponent over into surfing range.

That allows three things: 1) more chances for surfs, which is great on its own 2) more room to advance up the sidelines on offense, if they plan against the surf chance 3) more opportunity to reverse field, as you can keep play out of the center against slow teams.

Jump Up on them isn't a bad feature, but they don't get as much use of it as a norse blitzer for example. You blodge them up and keep them out of TZs mostly, so they shouldn't be on the ground much unless you go for one of: PO/Wrestle/DT. Once in a while you'll get an opponent who forgets about the free blocks from the ground though.

I am very tempted with a lino at the moment as my next game is against skaven. if i win the match i will have earnt a place in the KO cup and most likely win the season.

So i am thinking maybe a numbers advantage could really help in this up coming game.

totally agree with maysrill. and if they have a +stat, they start being really awesome. all in all i think a witch on your team will make it far more difficult for your opponent to predict your play choices - it will just leave you with more options.

regarding the lino: i wouldn't do that. the extra player is not obvious to be reasonable vs. an av7 team (you have av8, so are in a advantageous position on 11 vs. 11 already in that respect). rather keep these 70k out of tv and get a babe for it as inducement (if the rest is the same). or prevent a free babe for the skaven. and then buy the witch before the ko-cup

any tactics for the skaven team lol, im lucky their claw player is absent from our game, this defensivly line up deep and throw as many blocks with my MB blitzer as i can
