Dear Fellow-Fumbblers,

the purpose of this thread is to collect applications for the new FFB Test Division. We are looking for coaches with a solid understanding of the ruleset and the ability to write helpful reports on faulty behaviour. This kind of Quality Assurance helps us to make FFB stable and fun to play with.

Rules for testing and reporting can be found in this sticky.

For the first round of testing we are looking for about 20 coaches. Qualifications include experience, helpful bugreporting in the past and personal affability.

Tests are coordinated by Lakrillo. Please help him making things run smoothly.

I'm game!

Anything I can do to support your magnificent efforts will be done.

The main downside is that I'm not online during peak hours, so with a testing population of only 20 I might not be the ideal candidate. If you can use me I'll make every effort to get in enough games to be of help.

I volunteer; but I generally am only around at 9am EST, or 1am EST, which I believe translates to 3pm BB time or 7 am BB time, which isn't the best time for most coaches.

I sometime find lots of unexpected time being home sick though.

I do feel like contributing to the wonderful work you have already done!

After all the fun Ive had already with your client I owe you that much! Very Happy

I know the rules well enough I think and am willing to spend time figuring out the cornerstone cases if need be.

Im not good at actual computer stuff like coding though, but doesnt sound like thats a requirement?

Fine - words it is.

I very muc like the sounds of comboing crazy situations to find if anything unexpected happens. there is not real playing involved. Sure but attempting to break it will be good fun. Will of course record all attempts and failures to break the game.

I have been part of the play testing of previews version.

I did fair amount of testing with Jesperius and On1 during that time. On1 and other danes used the IRC Fumbbl.dk chatroom quite a lot to talk about bugs Om1 tried to find or other ways to "exploit" the client and find bugs.

I would be able to test play during most times except for night in Denmark Smile
