Hi,
why is my Beastman not getting a one dice block vs the guardian. I believed that the skeleton can not assist on the block because he is standing in a tackle-zone himself and he does not have guard.

he cancels out the others.
The way it looks now is Beastman vs Guardian

He can cancel out any amount of assists that do not have guard

I have added the picture for better understanding of the situation.

I thought that the skeleton can not help the TG because he is standing himself in a tacklezone. So the 3 Beastmen schould be able to get a 1d block or a 2d Blitz

I can't see the picture, but from the way you described it, nope.

Player standing in an oponents tackle zone can not give assists in any direction (as long as they don't have guard). It is not important if the opponent that causes the tackle zone is marked himself.

The Skeleton cancels one of the beastmen (the one adyacent to him).

To clarify a bit:
The Skeleton is in a TZ (well, really two) so he doesn't assist.
One of the beastmen is in the skellie's own TZ so he doesn't assist either.
That leaves you with St3 + 1 assist = St4 vs St5 hence -2d.

Oh dear me...how do I stop jesus weeping on my beastmen when I am trying to block?

Is there anyway to predict when its going to happen and therefore I can use extra assists on those occasions?

I'm sorry, and I don't mean to be cruel, but I am mystified as to how a coach who joined in the site 2008 and has played over 130 games does not understand how the assists rule works.
