I notice that in the current rules for that tournament, that you gain less points if you have high TR - is that going to continue with TV? I ask because I feel certain teams (like Skryre slaves) massively benefit from having only 2 players with skills and then taking as many inducements (like bribes) as possible, whereas other teams (like Chaos Flings) rather quickly build to much higher TV simply due to the higher cost of their basic guy and the need to still have a very deep bench, so it seems a bad idea to encourage low TV in such a tournament |

i haven't gone over the rules yet to determine what's staying and what's going....i'll be doing an overview at the beginning of september, and if kalimar's work goes well, we'll have a live client by that point, and all will be well...

Shadow, I hope that overview includes a review of the new team ideas. Yes, a lot of it is garbage, but if a few designs could be salvaged, 2-4 new teams would be awesome. (Actually, it would be sweetness piled on top of the Kalimar awesome with a side dish of 'Whatball and team' gravy. Yuummmm). |
