Hi there !

So, is it possible not to use dodge against a player with tackle & then make a team RR instead ?

Please say yes :p

When you are trying to dodge a player with the dodge skill away from a player with tackle then you can not use the dodge reroll. But yes of course you can use a team reroll should your roll fail.

Yes. Tackle prevents the dodge skill, it does not prevent a team reroll on a failed dodge action.
