So, I rolled a 6+4 on my Minotaur.
He has Guard, Block and +ST
I'm debating whether to give him Claw or +MA
Claw seems to be the obvious answer but I am a bit unsure. |

+MA is tempting because it gives you a bit more range on frenzy. And since he can get Claw as a regular skill, I'd take the movement and then Claw next time around. But I suppose the argument is he'll get to the next level faster if he has Claw... |

Tentacles and then Stand Firm, and maybe Claw at legend. Would take +ST or Dodge on the way. |

I think I'd base my answer on the environment I'm playing in. Is it an open division, a hige league or a small leaue, if a league which other teams are in it..... etc.?

Garion has the correct answer so far - it's impossible to answer this without knowing the meta and team.
If this is a mino in a league without piling on, +AV isn't a bad choice at all.
If the mino is part of a rebuy league and is one of few skilled players, claw might actually be best as he will need to create casualties.
Picking blindly with no idea of the meta I would probably skip everything for tentacles. |

There's a real small chance for a mino to make it through legend, so you have to think about what will be the best next two skills. Tentacles with str 6 is really strong ; after that claw (if you want to blitz with him a bit, usefull for positionning or against high ST, blodgeless players) and stand firm looks better than +AV or +MA. Other possible road : + MA now and then break tacle for cage breaking maybe. Without Dodge, that's not so great I guess. |

why +av and not Foul Appearance?
You stand up more and the opponent then thinks "hey a block on this guy has another reason to fail".
Personally tentacles, but depends on the league situation. |
