Well well well...... this looks like a good group of death! I do think that back to back games like this could quickly spell an end to the Blood Falcons who were an early favorite to win the whole thing. Of these 8 teams though..... i think an underdog will pull it off. Look for the Defenders of Naggaroth to win this quarter.

If matches are scheduled, it would be great to have AFK Eagle's post updated with the date/time that it is going to be played. I'm sure that some of the matches will be pretty popular for the spectators. Maybe if Eagle were willing to receive PMs from the coaches .. or if they could post in this thread -- would be great to keep it up to date - a bit like the qualifiers list, which was a a great idea.

My favorites for the tournament:

- kfoged, representing the high elves proudly as ever.
- FischerKing, the guy who kept me out of the cup has some nasty elves.
- AFK_Eagle, who I consider to be the best representant of North America in the event.

Those I want to see cry and bleed:

- Dreadclaw, pure evil.
- Slick, for karma.
- gamenutter, and his dwarves, lowest form of life in BB.
- Malthor, see Dreadclaw

Dreadclaw: pure evil? I disagree. I for one would love him to become the FC winner... just to prove that making casualties is a legitimate way of winning games. I'm sure that he'll win the cup if he doesn't get shafted by the ref / distracted by the fouling mentality (oooh, that's shiny... gotta press F and move my DP into that player). Although in the case of Dreadclaw, even non-shiny objects might catch his undivided attention. Smile

As for destroying the Blood Falcons, at worst, it will be a major restructure. 770K goes a long way towards replacing maimed and dead players Smile
