| <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red">Beneath the Hills and Mountains of Albion the Dwarven Clans despite their Feuds play tribute to Her Majesty , Queen Elsabert II ,.Long may she reign over them . When news that the Bloodbowl League in the White Isles had started without the inclusion of the Dwarven Nation she was obviously furious at this slight on her people , she convined a council of the high clans and insisted that each clan would send their bravest warrior, and from these the new Queens Own Bloodbowl team would be formed , for Her Glory and in Her Name. Each Warrior foresoke their given name , and would henceforth be known only by their clans name upon the field of battle . At the time of the commencement of the second season of the White Isle League , only eleven of the clans had sent forth their champions to boldly do battle upon the field .Clans Geordie; Scouser; Cockney, Brummie; Yokel; Jock; Dubliner; Wurzel; Smoggie; YamYam and Gog where all represented ,yet Clan Paddy ,Clan Toff and Clan Taffy had yet to send a suitable champion for the Queen ,a long with some of the smaller clans . </div></font> <img src=http://fumbbl.com/teams/98322.jpg> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"> <big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 1 Queens Own 3 - 1 Brawling British Chefs </big> The teams first game was overall a good sucsess , we managed to beat down on the halflings . The Dubliner clan were disapointed with their champions performance as he managed to injury himself against such a weak opponenet and he wasnt even close to where the action was at . Clan Scouser rejoiced as their champion scored twice , leaving them as pure choice for praise from the Queen . Although the Queen herself choose to bestow her blessing upon Clan Yam Yam , despite what to many eyes was only a so-so performance on behalf of their champion . Surprisingly it was Clan Wurzels champion that opened the scoring in this game , despite many people claiming that their Champion was too slow and clumsy to score touchdowns . Clan Brummies champion became the first player to kill another on the field , although in truth the plucky little guy was mostly to blame for his own demise as he launched himself headlong at the Brummies Champion, the two combatants cracked heads together and after Brummie had shaken himself uoff , he realised the little halfling wasnt moving . Cockney was quoted as saying " Can you Adam and Eve it , the saucepan lid threw a sheep , he fell ajar,when he stayed down I thought he was having a girafee, but it turns out he was hovis " </div></font> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"> <big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 2 Queens Own 1 - 1 Guardian Heroes</big> A foolish start by the Queens Own left poor Wurzel horibly maimed by the crowd , presumably for his own stupididty . The viscious Berserker who pushed him into the crowd soon followed suit but was handled slighly more gently by the crowd who where somewhat tired from kicking Wurzel. The Dwarfs spent most of the game struggling to get to grips whilst being outnumbered , the cheeky Vikings managed to avoid much injury in the first half and an over-enthusastic referee sent one of the Dwarfs of for no good reason . The Queen commented "We are not amused" . Overall the game finished a draw which the Dwarfs grudgingly admitting was a fair result in the circumstances . Although we had managed to recover the ball and given a few more turns may have got the result we where looking for . Team Captain cockney had this to say "That Referee was a proper James Blunt" </div></font> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"> <big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 3 Exterminutus Rebirth 1 - 0 Queens Own</big> We lost the Queen was furious ,losing to a heap of bones , the vile necromancer laughed/cackled in the face of the queen and in the dying moments two of the dwarven clansmen where injured in the most unusual of circumstances , surely a vile hex of the dreadmage . </div></font> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"> <big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 4 Queens Own P - P Dead Night Countesses</big> The Queens Own set out on a journey to play the vile Countesses, they unfortunatly got jumped by a group of vile bandits armed with pitchforks on the way and never made it to the game </div></font> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"><big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 5 Queens Own 2 - 1 Monarchs 91</big> A Clash of the Dwarfs against a tough looking bunch of orcs , but when it came down to it the orcs werent that tough after all , we bashed um and smashed um up and down the pitch , even without a full team we still were dominant and kicking green behinds , the ball was aa little trixy and the orcs put up a bit of a fight for it , but in the end we won through due to a number advantage gained by hard bashing . </div></font> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"> <big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 6 Queens Own P - P Blood God Maulers</big> We er found this pub and the ale was really good ..hic...hic... we er missed the match ....the queen would of been mad too , but last time we saw err she said something about being " a bit squiffy" and disapeared with one of the Champions ....allegedly its all abit hazy really . </div></font> <div style="background-color:lightblue;"><font color="red"> <big>Season II-Lion Conference-Game 7 Queens Own 2 - 0 Targassains</big> Lizardmen this time ,well mostly skinks as it turned out , the little lizards where slippery , but not a match for dwaven tackling , we bashed and we smashed and chocked up 7 casualties , even injuring one of the little fellas so bad that he never did get back up again . Serval of the dwarfs where seen whering fancy new lizardskin boots after the match , which was good news as the Halfling skin boots we made at the begining of the season whee starting to whiff a bit </div></font> <div style="background-color:darkblue;"><font color="lightblue"> <Big>SEASON ll REVIEW</Big> We are the champions , no time for losers , for we are the chammmmmmmmpions of the Leaggguue. After the last win over the lizards we have been crowned champions of the Lion Conference, next year we will be playing with the BigBoys in the Premiership .
