Gotta ask: if you're using humans to be as bash as they can be, why even have catchers?
Aside from that, many congrats on the win. Do you think you'd ever apo a KO again?

I figured out, that I need the catchers for fast assists, and I like the option game for a short pass and then run to goal from far out, if the drive develops that way, instead of having a pure running game. I know blitzers can catch a ball, but still.
Yes I will use APO on KO, in 2nd half, if the circumstances are right, like the chance of winning for the first time in 15 games. By far my longest streak without winning, with any team. Including when I was very new to the game. :)

Good luck! I look forward to you passing the 30 mark and then introducing you to my Nurgle team and the king of love...Chuckles!

Sounds like you've had a rough ride. I've been struggling to get some wins in the Box with my High Elves, but without much luck (now most of them are dead! :P)

I wonder.... why do you retire players with missing game or nigging injury? Is it for TV balancing? I can't see purpose on retiring player if he don't get -stats.

Humans can bash, but the Ogre needs Piling On first skill, and the Blitzers second after Mighty Blow. Take Diving Tackle on Blitzer doubles, and Guard on everyone else, also Guard third skill on Blitzers, Stand Firm fourth.
Always try to score with your Blitzers, carry plenty of RR for catching and dodging.
Linemen all take Dirty Player first, Wrestle second, Tackle third. You can't get claw, but good gang fouls can break AV 9 well enough, and you should pick on the softest targets the rest of the time. Carry 3 extra on the bench to cover the send offs and cas, and the best survive well enough by always getting binned early.
Catchers get Block, Sidestep, Fend, just try not to skill them too much because it's wasting your chance to skill the Blitzers for more POMBing.

Thanks for the advises. Much appreciated.
The grab Ogre is designed for grabbing people away from their friends, and then getting gang fouled, But the team naver had depted enough to start fouling properly.
Regarding fired players. I really have a hard time accepting nigg and -AV on my players. Maybe it's because I saw them just fly off in the start, and then I thought that injuries like that must go, but then I lost more plaers, and and now I keep nigglers, -AV, and -MA. -ST will still get fired.

I tend to keep -MA or -AG on linemeat unless I'm rich. I might forgive a -AV or niggle on an amazing and very hard to replace player (think statfreaks). Keeping too many players like that on your team really hurts them in the long run.

@The Sage.
I will keep -ag on linemen aswell, They will in most cases just stand up to get another beating anyway. :)
@mdd31.
I have a 176 CD team I have started to activate simultaniusly, so they can fight off those 200+ nasty teams, so my humans will get a more fair fight. ;)And I see more low value teams activate in the same timeframes as I do. So usually I get a fair match with my Humans, and not my CD's. Just trying to Work my way around the flaws of the box...

Hi!
So firstly again gratifications for this matche, courageous humans.
Dwarf team have done a good matche but, that was not enough to obtain a tie.
Then reading the adverts, I specially agree with Tussock about cpomb : in the box it is certainly the best way for humans team.
Even if its true also that humans team can have a lot of ather developments ways including more catcher with good skills as sprint+ SStep(1turnpossible td), to my mind this team config is possible in tournament but not really in box : too dangerous in rough games.
GL to your humans for other victory, and c u around here...

I disagree with the all bash sentiment. Humans have one thing going for them, their speed- with all the pomb you may as well play dorfs.
One killer is an asset, keep the rest of the blitzers as swiss knives (GMT blitzers are very good). Humans adapt, that's their forte. They can somewhat bash elfs and somewhat run from chaos. But you need skilled blitzers more than anything.
