So, it seems I have traveled into the future. Before this week, my last bbowl game was about 2 years ago.

Flash forward to late 2011 and everything has changed. Here are the thoughts of "the future" from someone used to the "old" stuff.

New client: it is awesome. I love that there is auto-move, no matches or hires by ambush and no separate install. This solves a lot of the old problems of version mismatches, dropped matches, etc. The look and feel takes a little getting used to. Also, don't really like that it shows the difficulty for dodging, etc. as that takes away some skill from the game. A-

LRB6: meh. First, the good. I really like the journeymen, as Synn already stated. I like some of the roster changes (like Norse). I like TV better than the old TR/TS. I like the new apoth. What I hate: easy mode (aka Clawmbpo). It is ridiculous. I hate that there is less skill involved. Not very fond of the FF changes. Mutations are out of control. I hate that the site seems to have become less active than in its heyday. For all of its many flaws, LRB4 > LRB6. C-
