As you have created a Ranked team, you could try using Game Finder (located under the Game heading on the header) once there you will be able to select your team(s) and be offered other teams that are within your TV range. Of the games offered if you hover the mouse near the middle it should show a green and a red disc which you click if you want to play (Green) or do not want to play (Red).

The team you made has too low of a TV to get matched against most other rookie teams.

Delete it and remake one at ~1000k.

licker is right. I suggest making the same team, but invest the last 140k in 2 rerolls.

You've done the right thing by saying you're new and asking for help. I'd suggest saying you're new in your first few games and most people here will be pretty helpful about pointing out some useful tips about FUMBBL (or Blood Bowl in general).

scroll down, you should see a list of your teams and a button "Apply for Membership". Just select your [L] team and click! bam, you're done!
