DLE weight loss update
So I've given up sugar and done quite a lot of running. I have gone from 108 kg to 105 kg. As we all know the more you lose the harder it gets but pleased so far...

good effort buddy, keep it up! Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so even if your weight doesn't change much (or even goes up!) you can still be getting healthier and fitter. My wife struggles with this concept and is always depressed when she looks at the scales but a good tip is before/after photos so that you can see the physical progress of your body shape changing and also the way that your clothes fit ie dropping dress sizes ;) GL!

Also, remember that as you exercise, you loose fat and gain muscle, which is heavier, so your weight loss slows down.
As darkwing said, take photos. You will see that you will keep on loosing volume, even if you don't lose weight at the same rate,
