So... first blog entry ever. I come back to fumbble after some pretty long hiatus due to raising three kids, work and other games (mainly Warmachine/hordes). But since BB was my first tabletop game, the game that brought me into the hobby, I always comes back.

This time I set out a goal to reach 100 played games with a team and develop my first legend. The history/fluff and team-developing is what really hits my sweet spot. Winning games and such is not that important. But the ultimate goal is to get a team together to participate in a major tornament, as I have never attended one

Well, the team of my choise fell on Undead, and a team I had created a few years ago but only played a few games with, Boogeytown Ruins.

Now I'm little over halfway to my first stretch goal, finished my 54'th game last night, and what a game it was! I faced off against Jopotzuki's woodelfs "hippies 69" and their monster of a wardancer Tapio.

He scored quickly reciving the ball at the start after me blowing a fireball ower 4 elfs in the first turn only managing one KO, leaving me five turns to manage to score in the first half. He leaps into my cage and knocks down the ballacarrier, only having a Zombie picking it up in two tacklezones. In return I manage to stun Tapio while trying to protect the ball, leaving him on the ground. As we had rolled "Get the ref" on kickoff I proceeded to build a cage around Tapio and having my superstart Wight go in with the boot. Turns out to result in a brocken neck, and a apo fail, killing him. He picks the -Ag, leaving the wardancer a step closer to normal. I manage to stay clear of two more cagecracking atempts and score in the 8'th turn. 1-1 at halftime.


I build a cage and starts churning my way down the field, but he quikly sends both a wight and a mummie and some zombies of the field leaving me with 8 players left after his third turn. He bust my cage, badly hurting a ghoul in the process, but this time my remaning mummie picks up the ball on the bounce! How nice he has breaktackle...

Trying to stall I end up one square from the endzone with the mummie, but loses the ball in a daring onedice blitz, leaving one of his catchers up for surfing on the shortline. He hits the crowd the turn after, and a ghoul can pick up the ball and score. 2-1, but three turns for him to reply...

He floods my side with elfs and I have low hopes of stoping him. I kill one of his linelfs trying to lock him in, but he has two free elfs after my turn only having a zombie in two tacklezones standing in the ball's path. Well you can all guess what happens then... of course he makes the interception! I surf another catcher and hands of the ball to a ghoul protecting it for the last turn. He KO's a mummie and the game is ower.

One of the craziest games I ever played and I was incredibly lucky to come out victorious. And putting a notch in the neck of Tapio surly left a mark...
