Well...today it was the time for the match #999, I thought. I was wrong, I should have waited.

When I wrote this, I thought it was 1000 :-)

In 1st half, receiving, I lost one player each round and took down 1 Amazon in the first 4-5 turns. Almost every block was a succesful armor break. With this seriuos lack of players I was not able to cover the ball, lost it, pushed it out of bounds and it scattered directly in front of the amazons => 0-1. A double skull at least took down one of the Blitzers of the ladies.
At the end I had 4 key players on the bench and 9 left for the 2md. 2/7 KO rolls

In 2nd half, we managed to defend quite fine against 10 Amazons in the first rounds, although we got no bitch down and almost every block on us was a pow. A stupid handover stopped the zons offensive only for a turn and the ladies could break through taking down more and more Humans. Another stupid pass gave the ball to one of my catchers and the Amazons, totally out of position had to fight hard to get it back. The Catcher was hit once, we could get the ball back and luckily scored.
Grand total of 4/12 KO rolls after the kickoff.

In the end it was 4 lucky turns to score for me, but the rest was...one of those matches, you would rather like to forget.

Summing up the first thousand:
- Let's forget the first 400 :-)
- I do not like to play Orcs and Dwarves; neither as coach nor as opponent
- Blackbox is a playground which lacks diversity and fun; especially nowadays.
- I am still complaining if dice are not equal...I am relying too much on statistics...If nuffle kicks your ass with 6 double skulls a match, I like to say to me, that this is not possible!

Let's go for the next 1000, but a bit more relaxed and a wise choice, which id fun or not...cause in the end i want to have fun, nothing else.
