“One of the bloodiest encounters the Slammers have faced in their short history.
Whatever the stadium owners had put into the water sure worked as both teams had only one thing on their minds. Destruction.

The Malanthropes received but some sneaky lizard coaching allowed the Slammers to reposition their defence and minimise the initial strength advantage the chaos had set up. Confused by the shuffling reptiles in front of him rookie CW Jason bashed skulls with a saurus taking them both to the turf. Masdaboq slid through the chaos lines and grabbed the ball hoping to open his td account. Hoping to make up for his earlier error Jason lept back to smash the skink, in his haste though he again crashed to the ground stunning himself. The ball bounced into the grateful paws of Mieville who looked up only to be decapitated by a furious Saurus. Mazdaboq grabbed the ball and edged closer to the goalline before feeling two horns crashing through his armour and knocking him out cold.
The Malanthropes were unable to recover their position and quick as lighting Loquax sped through to score his first td.

The lizards reacted first to the blitz and crashed through the chaos line before a moment of over exertion stopped Huanitza in his tracks. CW Melville had had enough and tore the st5 saurus's arms away from his torso. The lizard doctor rushed in but with so much damage and body parts being eaten by the chaos team he was unable to save Conquatoc!

Chaos recovered the ball and set up a line of defence against the Slammers. The lizards forced their way through to the ball carrier and looked likely to pop the ball free when Orwell noticed Melville had made a break into the lizard half, dodging free like an elf the cw hoped he could emulate their passing.... he couldn't the ball fell kindly between a cw and beastman. Saurus Uaxankha grabbed Jason by the throat and took them both to the ground, he also took most of Jason's spine with him and the rookie cw ended his brief career brutally.

Beastman Faulkner roared at the fall of his colleague and ended the game for saurus Huanitza goring large holes into the lizards chest. The lizards rushed forward with the ball but the intended scoring skink was so distracted by the carnage that the ball slipped through his hands.

Halftime and the lizards took to the field under manned. A quick break through past the chaos lines allowed a second score and for their ko'd player to return. Not before Hesse had sent another skink to the dugout with no hope of returning this game and a saurus returning the favour by pummeling Lovecraft into the dirt.

At 2-0 down the chaos became enraged beastman Lieber hoping to shake off his cripple tag and attacking the mighty Kroxigor. The both players crashed to the ground but the krox's massive strength shattered the beastmans collarbone surely ending his career.

A desperate passing play failed for the chaos who fell 3 down as the speed of the skinks was too much.

The game ended with a 3 nil lizard win, 2 dead, 1 SI and 2 BH for the chaos and 2 BH and 1 dead for the lizards.
