The ghoul Ghastly was the real MVP for the Cloverfield Corpse Carriers as it twice brought down Landlady against the odds in 1-on-1 blitzes, the wight being the stronger of the two. That kept it scoreless at half time.
I opted to score T5 of the 2nd half instead of doing an easy stall, hoping for 2-0 but more importantly a fun ending to the match. My defense unraveled on a mistake as I forgot FatEddie's wight had sure hands, the 1D hit didn't bring it down, and with my best players in harms way he managed to injure one and wriggle free to equalize.
There was plenty of good and bad dice for both coaches - at least 8 double skulls in the 104 blocks.
I got what I wished for at least, fun as always!”

Ghastly actually kicked ass for once though and managed to hold of Pig Sty's Td in the first half. The 2nd half was just as crazy as the first and bodies started getting smashed on both sides. Can't believe we managed that TD at the end, thanks for not stalling mate, makes for a more fun game.
I do wish you would stop killing my wights though, they are a nightmare to replace.”
