Deadver comes hard and strong to start... loosing the ball with genius-level attacks and skill like elves on PED's. It was all Khleveland could do to focus on laying waste to their walking food bags. So we did. We regrouped. Food bags 8, 9, and 10 never sniffed a play. 13 and 16 met bones and disappeared. Khrowns did what they could to recover on their offensive drive, but AG5 heroics got them the score to close out the first quarter.

Ba'Kher Mayfield was non-plussed.

Our captain take the ball and marches up the gut of the pitch. They try to whack him but he turns them away with the mettle of a seasoned veteran. He makes a break for it, but asks Brandone “ArKh o' Da Khovenant” Bulsworth to follow up and be ready to score. Sure enough the Brujahs make a deft effort to crush the Khrowns best scoring chance... but just before he is stunned, Mayfield winks at the ArKh.

Khody Khessler blitzes Brandone free of one Vamp marking the ball... ArKh shuts his eyes and imagines glory as the ball is flipped up from the ground by Captain Mayfield... Bullworth goes for it!! TOUCHDOWN TOMB GUARDIAN!!

Asteflix is stunned. The crowd rejoices. Tides have turned.

Second half opens with Deadver trying to stretch the field before securing the short kick... and Nuffle rains a Taco Bell smoothie on them. Khleveland swarms on the ball. Ba'Kher picks it up. They whack at him, but the ball stays in the scrum and eventually bounces to Khody Khessler as the Brujahs lay down and get curb stomped for the fourth quarter. 2-1 Bad Guys. We may see some fire on the river yet before the season is out.
