Beyond the grasslands lies the current frontier of Varnia, the heavily forested Barrier Mountains, home to enigmatic Specks: a dappled, forest dwelling people, unable to tolerate the heat and full sunlight of the plains. The new settlers find the Specks slightly dim-witted and overly placid, and yet strangely difficult to control. There are tales that they are 'blood-drinkers' and their nature worship of ancestral trees has presented difficulties for those who wish to harvest the forest's exotic timber. They also harbour strange diseases, ones that cause the Specks little more than a week or two of discomfort but which frequently kills those settlers and soldiers who fall victim to it. Former Faction team. History: Started in FQ in the 58 round. Only ended 18th but it was enough to advance to F2. 4/1/3 isn't the best but new rotters aren't that good imo, so advancing was all what I wanted. Round 59: Now that my team was better I managed to end first in F3. With a record of 5/1/2 it's getting better. But suddenly gettting first place, maybe the opposition is getting worse :). Round 60: Ended 3d in F2 so got straight to F1. 4/2/2 was needed for that. Now finally I'm with all the elves in F1 :). Let's try to get a medal. Round 61: Already played my 8 games. No loss this round, but is 4/4/0 enough to get a medal? Let's see tomorrow! I got it! Silver medal for the Specks, so great :). Now see if I can ever get gold ... Round 62: With a 4/3/1 I don't think it will be a medal this round. Let's see what happens, still a week left. Nope, not a medal this round, ended 5th. Let's hope we can make the next round a better one. All my rotters have block and I have a few more guards now. And with my beast that won't fail 3 niggle rolls in a row next round, it will get better! Round 63: Started quite good and had 93 points in 6 matches but we were moving out so I had no internet and it stayed with those 6 games. Round 64: Played only one game. Let's see if I can get the motivation to go back to F1. I didn't ... :) But now they can replace my other rotters in ranked which I retired on a stupid retiring-spree. Thanks for shutting down Faction, admins! :)
