When Throgrim Digrebal (or Huge-balls as the surname means in the all-tongue language) discovered a guild with philosophising ogres he was convinced that he had found a perfect foundation to create the all-time baddest blood bowl team. The immediate plan was to fill up the pitch with ogres, but that changed quickly when the Chieftain heard what every single philosopher claimed of salary. Digrebal is ambitious, but also, not unlike most Norsemen, greedy and stingy.
