Oceanborn Sea Eagles



Drafted in following an expansion to the league in the Autumn of season five the Sea Eagles came in to represent the ocean going elves in replace of the Tor Anroc Anglers. They come into the league with high expectations to replicate the performances of the Anglers and it's a challenge that they are more than looking forward to.

Team captain Arco Aeonir will be calling the plays from behind the line of scrimmage in their debut season and is certain that their elven superiority will show through and bring a high level of glory across not only the Great Ocean region but the whole of the CIBBL.

Falien Windsail is the teams head coach for their inaugural season. A coach with little experience but one who has spent a considerable amount of time studying game tapes and match footage. He's taken the team preseason to follow a renowned Khemrian side for game play tips and hoped that has an effect and pointing at a certain Deamon and saying "just do that". Whether or not this will translate into success on the field is another matter but they hope to bring a unique entertaining brand to our great sport.

Autumn - Y5 - Cloth Division

Won 5 - drew 0 - lost 4

A slow start saw the Sea Eagles struggle to get a foothold. They started to pick up some momentum in the tail end of the season before illness took hold upon the team ship.

Spring - Y6 - The Great Ocean

Won 3 - drew 0 - lost 2
Not a bad introduction to the region. The team were late arriving to their first game before beating the Norscan Curse, they then lost in controversial fashion to the title winning Sartosa Black Flags before any outstanding opposition avoided taking on the side.

Summer - Y6 Losteriksens Tournament

There is no results for this one. We didn't actually play any competitive Blood Bowl but we did win the passing challenge, which is all that matters.

Autumn - Y6 Granite Devision

One of just two teams who bothered to play all of their games, finished the season with 2-2-2, it wasn't a bad season but the team just fell short of their goals, beaten by teams who didn't even have to play.

Spring - Y7 - The Great Ocean

A disappointing Spring sees the team fail to hold anyone to a draw. Victories against the Norscan Curse and Crimson Fins being too frightened to turn up is all the side can offer from this one, finishing 2-0-3.

Summer - Y7 - Grudgemaker Showdown Dark Lands Vs Great Ocean

Hard to get up for this tournament having to play alongside our Springtime rivals. Coming 7th overall, winning three and losing three due to a severe inability to see out a game. Most joy was watching the Black Flags lose a legendary player.
