Despite a fearsome reputation, stemming from a hype aroused by coach Ar-Ulric's flattering polemics, the Insequents' players appear intimidated by their oppositions in the strange, cold and wet environments of the White Isle, so far from the hot and humid conditions they trained in back in Itza, deep in the Lustrian jungle. Here they leant the folly of not wearing any protective equipment: having laughed at the strange customs adopted by players in this distant land, they soon discovered that mere skin is no real protection, no matter how thick and scaly it may be.

At the outset, the Insequents displayed a seemingly inherent desire to avoid contact with the opposition, although their experiences appear to be changing this. The lizards are slowly learning how best to ply their brutal trade, even if still unable to overcome stunty opposition (some say they are wont to underestimate such opposition, others simply that they are unnerved by the maniacal glee with which Goblins take to the field).
