| The Striders are a rookie team, and they love Elfball. In fact, when they decided to sign up for the Elf Masters league, they took it upon themselves to show the world how elfball is played. This has become more important to the Striders than winning. Therefore, the Striders have established their code of conduct when playing fellow elfball teams. They encourage all elfball players to follow this C-o-C, in order to promote speed, agility ad lots of goals to Ensure that the spectators will come to the game they love. The Elfball c-o-c of the Striders is as follows: - Never foul a player - Never stall - When buying inducements, prioritise star players and never buy a wizard or a bribe However, as the Striders are committed to elfball, they will not be taken advantage of. Thus, teams that foul Striders players or injure Striders players with a wizard will automatically be put on the Striders blacklist. When playing teams on the Blacklist, the Striders will maximise the damage they incur to the other teams players, using any means at their disposal. This will be done with no regard to the game's outcome in terms of goals. When the Striders have killed or seriously injured three players from the team, the coach can ask for mercy, and if he or she asks, will be taken off the blacklist until such time as they again happen to fulfil the criteria for getting there.
