Wasn't there a way to increase / double the size of the game client so it is not so tiny on full HD screens?

I seem to remember such a thing from years past, but I cannot find a setting anywhere...

Any help or pointers appreciated

No, there is no way to change the size of the client. You can adjust your screen resolution, but that's all.

There are also magnifying applications too, I think.
