Sorry if this has been asked but is it possible to move a ranked team into a league team?

Possibly if its deemed they haven't been farmed in ranked only to move across?

My team for example which has competed in 2 bar brawls low (still in the 2nd) are Grimside Cowboys and attempting to avoid the inevitable....

It has been possible in the past. I managed to get a few of my favourite teams out during a Kickstarter.
