All leagues and tournaments have deadlines. However, there is no specific feature to inputting them. Perhaps we could add something?
I know I'm guilty as well of others of missing deadlines simply because I hadn't realised it had come and gone. I play my match, my next opponent is a game behind, I check a couple of time and then before I realise it I've missed the deadline. Currently every league and tournament has it's way of letting you know when the deadlines are. I think it would make sense to have a uniform way of inputting them so they can easily be found and flagged up.
E.g. On the (very useful) scheduler, when it lists your upcoming opponent(s) it could also list the relevant deadline(s).
If you wanted to go the whole hog you could possibly have a system for requesting and granting extensions. |

Good idea. An standardized location, and an option to put in the next few deadlines would be great. I manage a league made up of guys who play in MANY other leagues, so I'm sure they have several different places to look for deadlines, and often forget where to go in the few seconds they have when they do think of it. |
