I seem to have landed in a rather intresting Conference division.. without Chewie or Dan tho.. Sad how sad...

My own conference is filled with 'normal' teams like humans, skaven and high elves.. so anyone can win there.. then we have 1 lizard (GRRR! Very Happy) and 1 Khemri (ouch.. much much ouch) team... I personally think one of the skavens will take it if not the Khemri kills them first.

the human and the High elf will have good chances too, but I dont think they can pull it off..

all in all.. a tight and intresting conference!!

cant wait for my first game!!

My Khemris got some nasty wood elfs, quite frontloaded too.
2 WDs and 2 catchers and of course 2 FF. Wonder how he will replace those 3 rips?
So its swedish steel against spanish agility, could be interesting though.

Ok, sent jock a PM. I can play today at 6-7 PM (UK time), hope to see him.

But assuming the worst, and the fact I'm back on the 27th (at 4a.m) does this mean I have to play both my games by then or be kicked from the group, as per the new rules?

\"Any team that fails to keep up with deadlines or is offline for a prolonged period and seen as holding up a group will be replaced and kicked from the group. If you had a valid reason and wish to rejoin PM either of the group organisers.\"

If that's the case then so be it... but I told you before I joined :p

Friburst Lokomotiv 2 - 2 Werewolverhampton Wanderers

The game started with the Wanderers throwing a 2d block that came up Skull + PowSkull and rerolled to the same. From that turnover, the dice favored Lokomotiv through much of the first half. However, the Necromantic team held on, and with the dice evening out later in the game, managed to pull a draw out of it, despite the Gobbos perfect execution of several key TTMs.

I give myself better than even odds against the orcs, undead, and lizards... i can force them to play my game due to the lack of speed, but skaven, wood elves, pro elves, AND dark elves? Those guys i'm gonna have to work my tail off to beat! Besides this, i alreayd know chewie and avatar play great games, and i have a hunch hobo hasn't been so good in the other league we play in for no reason. I place tops in the north to chewie, a well coached pro elf team can win a league that favors scoring very easily. My first game should be fun, get straight to my boast about my odds vs the orcs, and its been hinted that russo is a terrible coach in the banter... which probably means he'll be top notch.... Lets go Conference North!

In true typical fashion, I came back on here to play Jock at 6, and the site was down again. Sad

I helped pay for these new servers too... and look where it's got me, less FUMBBL!!! Gah! Smile

Jock suffered from 1 untimely GFI with his BC that lost him possession and let me score, and then another that Niggled his other BC late in the second half. Other than that, his dwarven blocking owned my mummies as one lil fellow not only tied a mummy up for the whole 1st half, but also put him down 3 times and BH him!

Good game, shame about the niggle on an already depleted CD team.
