These primitive ogres have no re-rolls, no cheerleaders, no assistant coaches, hardly any blocking skills and absolutely no idea of what they are doing.

Stone Age tactics means trying to use brute force in order to compensate for their obvious lack of talent. Accidently the Stone Age players do not really understand the purpose of skills. As a consequence their training focuses on getting a physical advantage over their opponents and forming a stone wall formation in order to stop intruders from advancing into the cave. So far their training has proven inadequate since after more than 55 games, still no Stone Age player has succeeded in increasing his strength.

This is not the team for glamorous stars or fancy moves. Picking up the ball is considered to be an advanced maneuver and turnover by failure is the usual way to end turns. Despite their inefficiency Stone Age really try their best to actually win games. Hurting opponent players is not the primary goal but it might still help.

After many games lost as the result of embarrassing blunders, evolution now drives the Stone Age ogres to try inventing at least one re-roll. That will of course take ages...

Warning! The Stone Age coach is almost as slow-witted as his players and frequently gets boneheaded himself. This sometimes means a slow playing style.
