MASCOT - CHEERLEADERS - SPONSORS - COACH - Milnestar the undying Milnestar's blood began to warm as he settled in the Fumbbl realm and that along with the stress of coaching four Blood Bowl Teams and the fat content of the burgers from Kenmucky Fried Children was beginning to take its toll on the undying Lord. Milnestar realised that he needed a break. The best place to go and chill out he thought was Lustria, afterall there is not much there other than ice, mountains, snow and werewolves. So off he went. After a couple of months of relaxation and dining on the pure fresh blood of mountain bears and krokigor's Milney felt much better and headed into the local port for some beer, women and more beer. He came across a local tavern called the ZX Spectrum and wandered in. Now this place was pumping, fine ale on tap and some of the finest women money could buy. HEAVEN. Milney enjoyed the facilities and services very much indeed and decided to buy the joint as a kind of holiday home. He also became drinking buddies with the local men who were very impressed with the lord's generosity at the bar. He would ply them with booze until they were absolutely bladdered, he did this as he enjoyed the atmosphere, of songs, laughter and brawls and there were none much better at this than the norse ! Well the great one's holiday was coming to an end - the Fumbbl season was about to re-start so he headed back to the temperate climates of the South. A couple of weeks later as he lay surrounded by his female minnions, he heard a great roar followed by the sounds of cheers and swearing. It was the boys from the ZX Spectrum and their Minotaur. They had come to play Blood Bowl. Milnestar was pleased. However, things did not go to plan. The norse boys did not understand the principal that getting smashed before a match was bad for performance, and during their very first game Leisure Suit Larry and Jet Set Willy were killed. Many of the other lay in a stupor, more from booze that the match itself whilst others could be found sleeping in the dug out or fighting with the fans or themselves. Milnestar realised he had a job on his hand if these guys were ever to become a force on the Bloodbowl pitch.................... |
