The Sunz ov Gork tribe reside in the lower ruined section of the once mighty Dwarf Hold of Karak Asket near the head of Ryedale where the river Rye first leaves the World’s Edge Mountains flowing down the Rosgill Falls. Their professional team is probably the oldest in the region, predating the modern open league format of the game, back when games were routinely played on astrogranite pitches, orc teams fielded catchers and some humans grew as strong as Black Orcs. The Sunz ov Gork have also formed a number of second teams, such as the Sunz ov Gork Rookies, who play in various lower leagues around the area, each player hoping to catch the eye of the Sunz’s head coach and gain a place on the prestigious A-team roster.
