In the 2nd half the beast empty the pitch of many a renegade. Renegades suffer two perms with no doctor in the house.Beast trip going in for a final second score. A happy Stupoff "We owned them!" Post game-A player added Game#2 Pass-a-thon (Must pass every turn) 1-1 The rules favored the more agile team which turned out to be the Renegades. Again the beast took the ball and drove the length of the field using the entire 1st half. Sam Slaughterhorn filled in as quarterback after a series of bad passes and dropped balls. Sam to Freddy Four-Horn for the games 1st score.The Renegades ended up winning the casualty battle (no perms), but also struggled to throw the ball. Half way thru the 2nd half The Dark Desperado dodged into a pile picked up the ball raced out and threw a long ball to Oscar the Outlaw who tied the game.The Beast nearly went the length of the field in the final seconds, a run, a hand-off, a pass and Walter Warhoof in the clear fell just as he was to cross the goal line. A disgusted Stupoff" Like kissing a cow!" Post game-A player added Game #3 Regular Game 2-1 The Beast dominated up 2-0 thanks to a TD drive and take away quick score. They than let the Renegades score as time expired but not playing defense but attempting to clear the pitch by injuring Marauders. New comer Cow-Face Clyde earned the teams leadership with a damaging foul that broke Bert the Bandits arm. Six players will miss the next game in the series. Coach Ruiz = “There will be pay back” Post Game -Beast hire 2 more to fill roster and replace the two injured Beasts. The Renegades will be down 4 and have to play with a minimum eleven. Game #4 Foul-a-thon (Must foul every turn) 2-1 Sam and Gorman score. Despite a 3 man advantage and outfouling the Renegades the Beast were outmanned all game. The Renegades continue to use inducement money to have 3 doctors on the sideline compare to the Beast one. Game #5 Foul-a-thon in the rain. 0-1 The Beast are out fouled and out played. Again they are unable to keep their players on the field. They never really threaten on offense. Coach Stupoff =“lt’s Embarrassing!” Game #6 Foul-Pass mini-thon 2-0 The beast played well scoring twice even thru they were out blocked.Beastly Bobby was killed by Willy Walker the Freebooter=the 1st death of the tournament. Stupoff= "It was a hard hitting game.Beastly Bobby will be missed" Post game-A player added Game #7 "Beastly Bobby Memorial" 2-0 A rather unemotional game that didn’t really see a lot of action. Stupoff= “Whole Hum” Game#8 Regular Game 3-1 A rather even game that turned because the Marauders were unable to hold onto the ball. Stupoff= “We will take it.” Game#9 Foul-Pass mini-thon 23 fouls and 7 completed passes. A hard fought 1-1 tie was decided in the final minutes. The game also saw Jailbird Jamie die via the boot of Barry Blackheart. Stupoff = “He was cleaning his spikes with Jailbird’s head. Plus he’s in a better place.” Ruiz=“Blackheart is a dead man” Game#10 Jailbird Jamie Memorial 1-1 The Renegades pressured the whole game wanting to win it for Jailbird. But fell short in a 1-1 tie. Stupoff="We out casualty them or we lose. They wanted in bad." Barry Blackheart struck again in the second half with a killing blindside blitz that killed star Marauder Bobby the Mad Baron. Stupoff= "After that I took Barry off the field for his own protection. We weren't allowed to foul being a memorial game but the "green" was going wild." CC Renegades 1-2-7 5 Pts Season #2 The 3 week double header friendlies has started. Game#1 Both teams beat Paid Victim the B Team (the B Team goes down to Beast 6-0)Renegades win 4-0. Game #2 vs Paid Victim (the B Team goes down 4-0)Stupoff= They played a different game instead of spreading out they clumped and we didn't block well" "One of our players died but was saved by the doc , we wouldn't mentioned any names. So tour has been extended 1 more week than back to playing the Renegades." Game#3 vs Paid Victim(Note: After two 4-0 victories the Renegades lose 0-2 to Paid Victim-Marauder fans trash the field forcing Beast game to be played the next day. Beast win 3-1 putting a hurting on the Paid Victims 6 halflings will miss the next game. Stupoff="They scored and didn't quit I'll give them that." Game#4 vs Renegades 2-1 A last minute Gorman TD on a desperatation pass from Betty pulled out the win. The Renegades fouled well and fought to an early lead but couldn't hold on. Stupoff="They rebounded well from loss but we pulled in out." Game#5 vs Renegades 1-1 Hard Hitting Game controlled by Beast in 1st half and renegades in 2nd half. Superstar Willy Walker suffered a major injury. Stupoff="Both doctors saved a player but they couldn't save Willie!" Game#6 vs Paid Victim (Renegades win hard fought 1-0) Beast destroy Team A 4-0 inflicting PAIN! Tommy kills his 1st. Stupoff="It was slaughter not a game!" Game#7 vs Renegades 2-2 In a very even game the marauders won the casualties and forged a late tie. Stupoff="They hurt us today." Game#8 vs Renegades 2-2 Third straight tie in new series. Even game passing game helped Marauders pull out tie. Stupoff=“We must get better!” Game#9 vs Paid Victim Well Marauders were winning easy 4-0, the Beast just survived 2-1. Tommy was fouled to death but brought back and Paid Victim scored for just the 2nd time in the series. Stupoff="We got worse!"Walter Warhoof inflicted 4 casualties but the rest of the team didn't show up. Game#10 vs Renegades Final Game of 2nd Series 2-2 4th straight tie ans 3rd straight 2-2 tie gives Beast 2nd City Championship in a row 1-4-0 vs 0-4-1. Game#2 vs Elf Union The new kids on the block. The Beast play with TV of 2.1 million the 1st time a Chaos City team has played with a TV over 2 million.Once the Renegades reach this total(season#4)big man will be allowed. For 2nd time in history the renegades lose to a non-conference team. Both games are 2-1. The Beast barely pull out a win the Marauders find a way to lose. Ruiz="Lefty lost this game, he's are best player best dodger in the final 3 minutes he fallas down twice and drops a score in the end zone. Thanks Lefty!" Stupoff "He can come play for us!" The special elf rules apply and Bert the Bandit got the 1st kill as the elves went with a chef over 2 doctors. Stupoff & Ruiz " Stupid Elves!"Jordell Freshbreeze and Prince Moranion played both games. freshbreeze made a miracle TD pass against the Renegades that switch the outcome. Game#3 vs Paid Victim Both games ended 3-0 with easy Chaos City victories. The Beast had to pay 1.4 million to get Paid into the city & for the 1st time ever a non halfling player played for Paid Victim B as Deeproot Strongbranch played. Deeproot killed a Beast but the doctors saved him. Game#4 vs Marauding Renegades With a shortened 3 game series in this season every game is important. The Beast destroy the Renegades. Coach Ruiz="Most worst coaching job ever!" Stupoff= "It will take a miracle for them but stranger things have happen in blood bowl. Bring on the halflings!" Game#5 vs Paid Victim Both CC teams won on shutouts. The Renegades 2-0 in a game that saw them finish with 9 players. The Beast in a 3-0 breeze. Ruiz ="They knocked us around but we put them down." Stupoff="No challenge!" Deeproot played for both Paid Victim teams. He injured 2 marauders. Game#6 vs Elfen Guilds Two CC wins. The renegades won 2-1 in a game that could have went either way after they gave up a late 1st half score by not covering up the ball. Ruiz="We can't play fast and loose like we do against the Beasts or halflings they got too much agility." The Beast won 2-0 in a game in which it looked like Jordell Freshbreeze was playing for the Beast. Prince Moranion ="He was awful and than the fans vote him MVP. Next game will be playback!" Jordell fall twice on the ice once attempting a TD saving blitz on Barry Blackheart and once going in for the tying score and the end of the 1st half in which he smashed his ankle. He will be out 3 weeks, but should be ready for the final games of the season against the CC teams. Stupoff="So Proud Barry had 15 fan votes ,2 scores , 2 casualties and the MVP. But the icing on top was Gorman killing Fortune." Game#7 vs Renegades 'death match" 2-1 The city wanted the cripples killed demanding they be fouled every turn. Greg the Khan was killed on a clean block to start the game. Larry Lunatic was crippled up but not killed on a foul. The City wants the cripples killed before next season to make room for the big men. Unfortunately Billy Brass Bull was also cripple up with a knee injury. So +1,-1 no progress. Stupoff="It was nice to win, no one seemed to care & wrap up the season early. The league doesn't want to give these guys a pension so they wanted them killed for their roster spots. We need to clean house with 4 to go, the renegades only need to move 1. Post game with season in hand the City has granted the renegades the early rights to their 1st big man (Skrag the Slaughterer). Game#8 vs Paid Victim Two CC wins. Renegades 2-1 Beast 3-0. On a sad note Oscar the Outlaw became the 1st CC player to die in a halfling game. The Green committed 10 fouls in a bruising game which offer the halfling bounties for killing an injured player(not Oscar). Deeproot player only for team B as team A had a full roster. The Renegades signed their other two big men. Still no signings for the Beast. Stupoff= "We haven't needed them!" Game#9 vs Elven Guilds CC wwins both to bring up the finale. 2-1 Beast 1-0 Renegades neither was easy. The big news a crippling injury to Beastly Kevin. Stupoff = "He's done as a starter." and Billy Brass Bull was crippled again. but that pales to what happen to Michael the Marauder who was killed by the Prince. Ruiz = "I want the Prince's head!" Game#10 vs Renegades 2-1 In a ho hum final the Beast finish with a perfect season. Each team most crippled player received another injury. The 1st half ended 1-1 in a wide open game. The Beast than caged it up and drove for the win in the 2nd half chewing up most of the clock. Stupoff="Excited for season 4 but how to you top that season!" Note the game marked only the 2nd time in 18 meetings that the Renegades were favorites. The other time their 1st ever meeting. 3rd Season ends 10-0-0 Renegades {6-0-4} Final Standings 1. Paid Victim B 0-1-9 1 Pts Season#4 Big News No Big men for Beast yet. Ten Teams! For the 1st time ever the elves and halflings will host home games. Better Inducements for both teams! Game#1 vs G/Z Air Renegades blow game tie 1-1. Ruiz=“One bad block and we have to scramble for a tie, season might be over.” Beast vs Z/G Air 2-0 After a beautiful day in the opener this one was played in a driving rain storm. The beast scored twice in the 1st half than both teams slopped around in the 2nd half. The BIG STORY was Harry Hornsthief killing the legend Griff Oberwald. Oberwald part owner of both human teams with his wife Zara will be missed. The game was stopped for hours while Harry was dubbed a knight by the Chaos City mayor. CCBC Channel 9 immediately withdrew 1/2 of its inducement money to both human teams. This to take place for week#2. Stupoff= "The 2nd half upset me but Harry's block will be with me forever!" Game#2 Renegades vs Skitter Sewage 3-1 Beast vs Smashrip Trash 3-0 CC with 2 wins and 2 deaths. Vic the Villain & Larry Lunatic. The Underworlds speed advantage never showed up in the 2 games. Ruiz="Good Win" Stupoff="Sad to see Larry go but now we can start the big man era!" Game#3 vs Elven Guilds A tale of 2 cities! Renegades vs Woodworkers 1-2 Beast vs Actors 2-0 Bob the Mighty killed Prince Moranion on a clean block. The crowd went crazy and the Renegades led 1-0 but 2 unbelievable Freshbreeze TD passes including 1 in the final seconds gave the elves the win. Elf King =“Our nation is in mourning!” Ruiz=“I’m sick!” CCBC immediately cut funds to the elves and it showed in the 2nd game as the Beast played ball control with Slaughterhouse going over twice after long time consuming drives. Freshbreeze was crippled up early to make sure the Actors were done. Stupoff= “We played well!” Game#4 vs Halflings Renegades 4-0 Beast 6-0 Both games were ugly. Ruiz = "Finally!" Stupoff= "May need to take them off the schedule. They suck but we can't seem to hurt them." Game#5 Battle for CC Beastmen vs Renegades 2-1 Beast probably come close to clinching title at the all star break. In one of the best played CCC games ever both teams scored in the 1st with unreal passing plays. In the 2nd half the Beast caged up but had 4 players knocked out. Down 11 to 7 the Beast walked the cage backwards while senting 2 players down field to draw attention. Once they were forced back to their goal line they blitzed out. Only Sam Slaughter house and the ball got free. He dodged and blitzed his way out of several pickles and 3 on 1's. Stupoff="Sam's a legend." Ruiz="Neither team deserved to lose. They showed great patience." Game#6 vs G/Z Air The Human Air teams lose 2 close games. G & Z Airship vs Renegades 2-3 The Marauders fall behind 2-0 in just minutes tie it by half, than score and hold on. Z & G Airlines vs Beastmen 1-2 A hard fought game that wasn't decided until their final seconds. Stupoff & Ruiz = "It wasn't pretty!" Game#7 vs Rats Both CC teams kicked off and had big 1st halves. CCBC moved the Renegade game to prime time the 1st time the Beast have had to be the opener this year. Beast vs Smashrip Trash Company 4-0 Total destruction nine casualties. Stupoff= "We hurt them badly!" Renegades vs Skitter Sewage Co 3-1 the big story the death of Glart Smashrip Jr the 3rd star player to die in the tourny. Ruiz= "He tried to block little known Pilfering Peter and lost more than his coin purse." CCBC will contact all non CC teams for new contacts based on the death of the star players. Game#8 vs Elven Guilds Two big CC wins! Big Trouble in CC! The elves were given no inducements or money only the legend Jordell Freshbreeze was paid. Stupoff= "Maybe it was because there is no Prince(dead), maybe because the CC is trying to break the union or maybe because they are too good. Beast vs Actors 4-1 Jordell scores late to avoid shutout. Beast roll. Renegades vs Woodworkers 3-0 Marauders cripple elves. Five elves out for next one. Ruiz= "We stomped them!" Note:Matt the New Mad Baron suffers a 5th career ending injury. Matt= "I will play on!" Note: Beast clinch 4th straight title! Game#9 vs hobbits Pitch clearing! The two best performances ever by fan voting (SP). 23 casualties and 11 -1 in scores! Renegades vs Team A 6-1 Beast vs Team B 5-0 Game#10 Beastmen vs Renegades final game of Year 1 & Season #4! The Beast completed a 2nd straight undefeated season. They went right down the field to score than made a great defensive play only to give ball back and see Lefty the Viking make a miracle pass to tie it at half. The Renegades had the sideline all set up but dropped the ball. Sam tried for half the 2nd half to pick up ball while his team knocked everyone down. Finally Sir Harry scooped up the ball and scored the winner. In a sad note both Beastly Kevin and Billy Brass Bull were killed by clean hits. Stupoff="Great win!. It was kind of questionable how both doctors just stood there and watched them die. I mean they were due their season bonuses and championship rings." Beastmen vs Smashrip Trash 3-2 Rats get 2 fluke TDs , Beast look lackluster. Fezglitch and his ball & chain cause problems for both teams as he replaces the dead Glart Smashrip Jr. Game#3 vs Halflings Renegades vs Paid Victim A 5-0 Bob has 4 casualties and Peter scores 3 times as they roll. Game#4 vs Elves Renegades vs Elven Woodworkers Guild 1-1 Renegades couldn't pick up ball but whole 1st half,Jordell Freshbreeze scored a lightning TD to start 2nd half.
