I'm planning on running a recurring 8 team Instant KO Ranked Division Tournament. These should take approximately 6 hours of playing time. With that in mind, what would be the best time to start an instant tournament?
BBT= Bowlbot Time. Type "bowlbot time" in IRC to get the official FUMBBL time.

I wont be entering personally but if i was i'd consider most your players gonna be european -1/+1 bb time and six a usual time to be able to play fumbbl, due to most working patterns. I'd go for the 7pm bb time. Hope this helps and goodluck. |

Any news on when this is going to take off Evo, after watching and participating in DDF's Drunk and Disorderly I've come to realise the potential these instants have in creating a far more enjoyable Fumbbl experience.

I voted for 7PM, since, as already mentioned, the majority of coaches are likely to be in Europe. You could always hold later every third one (or whatever) in a different timezone for the Americans and Aussies.
And yes Mojo, back to back=consecutive. (Unless my grasp of english has gone downhill somewhat, which would be troublesome since it's my first language.) |

Fumbbl time = time in Gothenburg (which is the same as Stockholm, see here for a web view).

I'd say its perfect at any time. If all participating coaches are able to finish their games. Just perfect idea to have this in ranked. |

well half the fun of IST's for me is they are spontaneous, organising them will take fun away for me, but i havent been able to play for a while now because of dialup and no broadband but that will change very soon! |
