Hi mates! My catcher has finally reached legend status (my second legend ever and they are both in box) and I am wondering what to give him on his last normal roll.

As we have another ball sacker catcher, he is doing more of ball handling, pickup and runs far. Doing lots of gfi-s and dodging and leaping into dangerous places. So what are your thoughts? |

That guy would make a fine strip baller imo.
We just had some threads about that. |

He would.
But I think Tackle would be great. More uses than strip ball and if the carrier has sure hands then it allows you to cancel any blodge too. |

...from of the skills on the list I think only SS, Sure Hands and Sure Feet are worthwhile taking.
So lets deduct that.
Sure Feet on a super fast player is kinda ... he's already fast so what do you wanna GFI for?
Leaves Ot-scoring... but this guy could do so much better.
What else we got? SS is just good on anyone with blodge. Sure Hands, man I dunno. It would probably help with only running 2 RR. Yeah I guess with the RR count it makes sense.
So... Sure Hands from the list.
For the other skills:
Tackle doesn't really make any sense to me. Just don't see what he is gonna add to the team. You already got a tackler. I want to have MB on a tackler and this guy is never gonna skill again.
Sprint is just a poor skill and without Sure Feet almost unusable. |

Yeah, I think sprint is not what he is going for.
I put tackle on the list, because I do almost everything now with those two catchers and if one is out and I face many dodgers, I never gonna get the ball from them. But I will also try to skill a blitzer to tackler, the only thing they don't tend to survive long |

As you describe his jobs, it would be Sure Hands for me. |

Considering you only have 2 decent players, sure hands seems the way to go.
Of course, this will be detrimental to the development of the rest of the team, as he'll be doing pretty much all the ball handling. This is the "pass to himself" kind of situation, since he can't rely on anyone. |

With a name like Bank Robber, sure hands or strip ball seems mandatory. |
