match-ups are generated by ts-matching including racial-factors and some negative modifiers for repeated match-ups and mirror-matches (same race).
also, handicaps are valued with 5TS, each.
lizzies get 2 hcs vs. khemri and thus are only -2TS
zons get 1 hc vs. lizzies and are thus -11TS, but rock at this ts-level in general, you can look up their racial-mod. vs. lizzies here - it's a rocking 62.17, probably making it a pretty good match-up in the eyes of the scheduler  (i didn't bother to dig deeper into calculations)
imo hc are maybe valued a little bit too high at that level (ts = 100), but are valued too low for ts>150, but that has been discussed before. |

i was the khemri team is question. it was a brutal match and i did break armour alot. BUT i only had 9 players, then a handicap made it 8 for the whole game. |

Anyway got 2 more perms in next match and the 1 saurus that managed to skill aged -av on his first roll so teams retired anyway LOL |
