The apo for a new team being created is 100k. Its also 100k for the wandering apo. Igor is just the UD version of an apo and is therefore the same cost. |

No, it isn't. Team apo is 50k, wandering 100k. |

...and (unlike team rerolls) the team apo always costs 50k - no matter if you purchase him at team creation or later. Often a good investment after the first or second game. |
