The strange geezers of Strange Geysers were so fired up from their first game of Burlesque Beastman Brawl that they decided to have another straight after.
Game 1: Strange Geysers 2-0 Goatz 'n' the Hood
Coach Royston ignored pre-game warnings that the Goatz were going to "bust a cap in our arses", much to the chagrin of Tess and url=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=6358929]Connie[/url]. With the crowd baying for blood Coach Skolopender heartily obliged, the Goatz forgetting about the ball letting the Strange Geysers score twice.
Coach Royston was asked if there was anything he would change after the match, "my pants" he exclaimed. "Did you see the size of that troll?"
Game 2: Strange Geysers 3-2 Wet Horny Animaniacs
Coach Royston had been drilling his team before the game, "Goats" he said. "We have a one beast advantage, go out there and do whatever you can to increase that".
So they did. 4 successful fouls in the first half leading up to a very nice TD, with the Wet Hornies only having 3 on the pitch. The kick off didn't go that well however with the Strange Ones getting all cocky and ignoring their usual defensive setup. Going into the half it was 1-1 from a bloody game.
As Nuffle would have it, the KO'd Wet Horns stayed that way at the start of the half, with a 9-5 advantage the Strange Ones had to win... or did they?
A combo of good blocks, blitzes, one SI, dodges and GFIs saw the the Strange Ones game and confidence in shatters and the Wet Hornies 2-1 up with 13 turns left to play.
Nuffle favoured the drier team however and refused to wake up the KO'd leaving the Strange Ones at a 7-5 advantage and receiving the ball. A few good moves later followed by a drop ball and some subsequent GFI'ing saw the scores even.
The clock showed just 7 turns and although the Strange Ones were at a 6-5 advantage they were also kicking. A deep kick saw the lone Wet Horny Backfield Beast scramble for the ball as his team mates tried to take out the LoS unsuccessfully. Using their Nurgle Beast to full advantage the Strange Ones tied up the remaining players and threw one solitary goat at the ball and the WHBB...
A pickup and a lightening run followed by a fumbled pass saw the ball return to the LoS. A few blocks and the Strange Ones regained control of the ball, tying up the oppositions players and sending a lone Beast towards the endzone, but the Wets were not giving up without a fight and tied up the ball carrier with a Troll and a Beastman. Some smart blocks and a blitz later and all but the Troll was dealt with, armed with leftover RRs and with 2 turns to go the ball carrier dodged the Troll and made "his" way to the endzone to do a T16 Touchdown and win the game!
Asked after the game what he thought of his next opponents, Coach Royston had this to say, "Mexicans! Bloody hell, I'll have to keep a good eye on my wallet then".

Blitzing Blizzard Beastz<img src="http://www.fumbbl.com/teams/255925.jpg"> V <img src="http://www.fumbbl.com/teams/255972.jpg"> Savannah Wild-Goats
Game two for the Blizzard was a hard thought battle against the goats from the Savannah, It seemed to be a home game for the wild goats as the sun was out and the Blizzard beasts where having a hard time coping with the Sweltering heat .
we started the game with a one beast advantage going into it 11 v 10, but this was quickly reversed by two early KO's from the Wild Goats. The first half was a real mess with multiple turnovers on each side. the beasts from both sides must have spent the pre game warm up sharpening their horns as both apocs where called into action very early in the game. Unfortunately whilst the apoc was treating a -mv beastman Roz The Rhino off the Wild Goats was impaled by the horns of Blizzard team captain Bliszard Aznalz and will never grace the grid iron again. Using the gap in the defence left by this casualty the Beastz managed a late TD to go into the 2nd half 1 - 0 up.

The second half started good for the Beastz as the clouds came out and it turned into a near perfect day to play some Blood Bowl. Unfortunately the hot weather had played its toll on the Blizzard beastz and it was quickly a 1 - 1 game. with 5 turns left to play and the number advantage things where still looking good for the Blizzard though. Unfortunately Nuffle had other plans and after a few rather tense turns with countless possession switches and turnovers the Beastz just about managed to scrape a draw out off what could possibly have been a win for either side.

After the game we noticed a few more gifts from our god Avalance, team captain Bliszard Aznalz seems to have goten a lot lighter on his feet after receiving a boost in his agility and after his Completed TD pass and casualty, Yuglu Krazon Has been gifted with the knowledge off guard. |

After a tough 3 game-night the coach of the Savannah Wild-Goats was interviewed: "How do you see your performance in the Brawl?"
"Hell, the Wild-Goats are scoring, but the other Beasts seem to have really sharp claws. Already two dead goats and a last time saved goat proove this. But now we sharpen our claws and go winning. The pig lovers had a lot of KOs and could outnumber us as a result of this. Next game will be better!" |

Ok, it seems Crazy Lemur may not be able to play in this league, as of friday 6th february we will be looking for a replacement coach to join us...
<img src="http://www.fumbbl.com/teams/255938.jpg">
He has played none of his games so you will be at no disadvantage to the other coaches. We need 1 commited coach to make a themed team who also enjoys sillyness. Please click the link below to check out the league page : D

Will be a shame to see him out, especially after I spent all that time on his player pics, Hopefully he will make an effort and get on line before a replacement is found. |

We got our 2nd game in tonight, vs Skolopender's hoodlums. We both had 11 players and only one skillup- his was a DP but fortunately the best foul he was able to produce was a KO. Ours was multiple block for our beast Anubis, and we spent quite some effort getting two 2d double-blocks with him during the game. The first gave us a niggling + a KO, the second a KO + nothing.
