Yeah that sounds good, ive been put off before with the predictions with the amount of games to look at, that seems a better way of doing it, especially with something the size of the fumbbl cup |

Might I suggest that when the FC gets started you open a thread per round? It will probably be easier to track if people generate several pages of posts with their bets...
Sounds lots of fun count me in...can I pay in dandilions and tree bark? |

I detest multiple threads for the same tourney. "We" will have fun in just this thread.
The main reason one thread is key is that it keeps interest level high especially for the first 3-4 rounds. Spreading out multiple threads reduces interest and confuses coaches.
Iam all about promotion and getting a thread to over 30,000 views. This is going to be a epic FC!!!!!!
Let me worry about tracking everyone' score card and picks. You just sit back, have fun, make your picks and let me take care of the rest...it is my job after all.  |

Entirely possible. We lost one player (an ST 2 blocker) during those games, suffered another -st on a blocker and two -ma (both on the hilarious Harad).
I have all the money I need now, but three players are missing. If I join the FC like that, all those hours I brutally ripped from my sleep would have been in vain...
Won't do it again though. The RL trouble is not really worth the one game I play and lose in the FC.

Deadline to make your picks for the FC Pickers Challenge is when I get up in the morning on Monday.
So you have from Wed to Sunday to fill in your picks, barring that they have not been played already...and yes I will note on the pick sheets if a game has been played and does not qualify as one of the 10 matches any more. |

One last thought on why I do not like multiple threads for a major. As FUMBBLs resident historian of all things Majors it makes it more difficult for me when I go into the vault of history many years later looking for what I need. |

Now I suspect many of you are still on the fence. Not sure if you should get in on this. Well then pick up the banner of all goblins...enter a rookie goblin team and have fun. If 100 coaches take up the rookie goblin challenge then surely 1 of them will some how make it to the final 16, right?
So if you are still sitting on the fence, take 5 minutes and make the rookie goblin team and enter the FC!!!! |
