As long as we can all agree that these rules came a season too late and that faulcon doesn't deserve to be in prem. thats all that matters |

Daudy has a pretty good point regarding the quality/strength of teams that would be in Prem under the new system. |

Daudy's example is not based on a longer view over time, and it might as well have happened with the old 4-down. You could say it's picking an example to support the argument, and we are still only speculating at this point.
It might be that the Prem becomes weaker, and it might not. It can also have other attribute changes as well. We will see.

I'd certainly want to see a bigger sample size before coming to conclusions, hence the rule change trial. It isn't a decision we made on a whim and has been in discussion at various times over the past 18 months. |

im fairly new to all this but I want to say
your all couch critics hows about if you don't like it maybe start your own league where the rules are as you see fit!
now I know im going to draw criticism but my view is unbiased I know im not good enough to get to the prems for a good few years yet
I love this game and I love this site but the pissing and moaning is never ending from all sides and angles so that's my 10c |

I only used myself as an example, because I refuse to call anyone else's team shit or worse than other teams hahah. Sure, it might have happened under the old system (it nearly did afterall, though not under normal circumstances with champion Grod parking), but luckily the playoff filtered me out and showed there was a more deserving team (and not at an additional cost of an even stronger team).
EDIT: It's fine though, new environments, less stress to win conference, more stress to stay in prem. We'll figure it out. |

Love the new rule change. Yes I do wish there was a way to keep the top 3 in, but really this is as fair as it can get. Good work admins.
I also support totally random conferences. It has gone against me in the past (who could forget the black swans aka. Blackbox division) but I think it's the best way.
