Talking seriously, a place to spam and say whatever you fancy (jokes, stupidities and the like) is very halpful on every forum, and should not be discouraged. Many members of Fumbbl just visit the forums from work, and have no access to chat for many different reasons. Making Fumbbl your friendly-forum-for-everyday-fun helps to build a deep sense of partecipation, and ties us all to this already wonderful site.
When I first came here I thought of Fumbbl as a free-play-place. Now I just surf the site even if I have no time (or no will, or no chance) to play, just to see if someone posted something interesting or to drop a line to the community.
Partecipation is what makes forums great instead of crappy. And what builds better companinos than a nice, warm and useless thread where you can say what comes to mind?
My english sucks, but I know I am right. I can send PMs with a more detailed thought about this in italian on request.
Useless statement: Spamming, part of the forums or cheesy exploit to climb the Top Ten Posters?
