I think the answer should be yes. Majors are supposed to be spectator events, and when players are taking even more than 4 minutes, its a big drag to everyone involved. Additionally, players generally schedule time more carefully to play their games, so there should be less concern about interruptions. If there is ever a serious real life interruption, the players are free to save and restart later.
This would add to the distinction between major tournament games, and regular ranked games, upping the pressure a bit can't hurt. |

Is this a way to take Dalibor OFF the list of potential winners?
ps: I voted yes. |

No. Why? Beacause in very important games, there could be a crusial moment when a player could use some extra time. This would not bother me as a spectator as long as it didnt happen every turn. |

Only reason I would ever need 10 minutes is if I need to do something in RL during that time.
Remove 10 min and let the nerves of the coaches talk! |

ps. im not good at handling stress, so maybe we shouldnt remove 10min. I voted yes anyway:) Hopeing that the rest are even worse then me. Maybe we could ask SkinJunkie to add a loud Bling! every new minute of your turn. |

That wouldnt be stressing, that would be annoying. |

Hmm - I wouldn't want the GLT final with 150 specs to be decided because a coach's boss rang him up (for example - insert any RL emergency) and he didn't finish a crucial turn. It would be really annoying. However if there was a way to switch it so that you could only go into your 10 minutes once, for such a real life emergency, I'd change my vote to yes. |

I voted yes because of this... It's a major... turn up the pressure, sort the men from the boys etc etc...
(two sides to every argument... seeee) |

Yes - but according to blood bowl's rules, you arent supposed to take more than 4 minutes regardless of how crucial the moment is.
And with regards to a RL emergency determining the outcome of a Major Final, like I said if there is a RL emergency the players should feel free to save and restart the game. |

Yeah - that's fair enough too, but whilst we have the 10 minute timer there, I'd like to see it used for what it's designed for - a one-off, 10 minte extension for that emergency situation. Not 30 seconds more here, and a minute more there as some coaches use it for. |

I voted yes.
Because if there is a real life emergency. Something unpredicatable, and really important, players can stop and continue another day.
At the least, i hope that they will be able to finish before the deadline... and that doesn't backfire. |

You are right, there should be no extra time.
