Are the board and templates / dugouts etc the same in 3rd edition and 4th edition?
I have a 2nd edition astrogranite set and hate it! |

smaller? I thought that each end zone was 2 squares deep instead of 1 deep, but I thought everything else lenght and width wise was the same.
Or do you mean that each square is smaller? |

each square is smaller, I think on the old astrogranite they were 25 mm, now they are 29mm. Biggies used 4 Squares on the old pitch.
I think the number of squares is the same, + those 2 rows you mentioned, one in each end zone. |

The pass template in 3rd and 4th edition is the same as in 2nd edition. So the range counted in squares became effectively shorter. |
